People with Disabilities Pavilion
A hugely untapped American resource is People with Disabilities (ADA). In an effort to bring qualified candidates together with major employers at our Annual Diversity Employment Day Career Fairs we will host in many cities a Recruitment Pavilion of employers actively seeking to interview individuals with disabilities. We will invite local, Federal and State agencies comprised of experienced professionals who will assist employers on how to tap into the talent pool of people with disabilities. Also, community organizations that counsel and empower people with disabilities will be invited to support this effort.
